Building and scaling a business is series of choice points.

Making choices is one of the greatest needle-movers we have as leaders and humans.

It’s our decision lever that propels or repels. Make the choice to organize to scale in 2024!

As leaders we learn to recognize choice points annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily, and moment-to-moment.

The better we are at quickly making good choices the faster we organize to scale.

Simple. Not easy. So, don’t do it alone!

Having had a front row seat to 36 businesses in 36 months raising over $300M – there were thousands of choice points – some propelled growth and other’s choked growth.

A fundamental lesson throughout that journey is … One cannot master one’s business without mastering oneself.

The structure to master ourselves and our business is systems. We can’t function as entrepreneurs without them, but systems are only the vehicle.

The driver is you. The driver is me.

What kind of driver will you be in 2024?

What’s the destination? What’s the route? Who’s coming with you? How fast will you go? When will you take pit stops? Who will help you? When will you celebrate?

To win … The Dreamer and the Doer must meet.

And sadly it cannot be forced. It’s only forged over time in micro-moments.
