The Hidden Force That Will Transform Your Business

It’s the same story different day …

After passing the 7-figure mark, you realize you need an Integrator. Desperate for relief and support, you do your best to find the right person.

Sadly, the first attempt doesn’t work out. The second attempt also struggles. And you’re back to the drawing board for how to get past this brick ceiling you’ve just hit.

This is exactly the journey I’ve personally experienced and witnessed over and over again from hundreds of business owners.

I believe it’s solvable and when I tell you the first step … you’re going to think it’s old news. But, I’m going to show you why it’s not.

Every business coach and program talks about building high-trust environments, aligning people around a common vision with core values and getting everyone rowing in the same direction.

Don’t get me wrong … We need all that and more! It’s part of the process we take our clients through to transform.

BUT, it’s not enough.

Your people need more. The system doesn’t need more. Your people need more to navigate the system no matter the weather.

The more is how we build trust.

I used to think trust was more of an ON/OFF switch. Now I think of trust as an emerging force within our business systems that is invisible yet a deal-breaker.

There are 3 types of trust needed in business …

  • Self-Trust
  • Team-Trust
  • Tribe-Trust

Trust holds the people together when you hit the inevitable brick wall, the vision gets cloudy, the political or economic black swan hits, and the systems are stress-tested.

The anatomy of trust has been a recent deep-dive journey of my own.

Here’s what I’ve uncovered …

Trust exists in the beginning but is fragile. We each have micro-moments to demonstrate our trustworthiness to ourselves, our team, and our tribes.

Yet, everyone fails at some point on this journey.

We have a bad day and something doesn’t come out just right. We over-commit and drop a ball. We say yes when we really mean no. We compensate for someone else and dis-empower them.

The list of ways we’re human is endless.

The better we become at building and mending trust … The stronger this hidden power becomes in our businesses.

The relationship in business that requires the strongest level of trust is the Visionary and Integrator relationship.

And sadly it cannot be forced. It’s only forged over time in micro-moments.

Find Someone You Can Develop These 5 Trust Skills With:

  1. Develop deep understanding with each other.

The Visionary speaks in pictures and the Integrator speaks in checkboxes. Learn to communicate in ways the other person feels seen, understood, and valued for their perspective.
  2. Keep your motives transparent and in check.

We all have needs and wants from how we spend our days. We also have dark emotions of greed and revenge. Be honest and forthcoming about what environment cultivates authentic giving in you and protect it.
  3. Skill-stack to execute faster.

The dreamer and doer must meet in order to turn an idea into reality with profits and momentum. We all have natural strengths and weaknesses. Know your own (not what you wish they were) and align with someone who magnifies your strengths and hedges your weaknesses.
  4. Meet the demands of reality.

Business will inevitably bring you face-to-face with all your personal demons. To scale, we must scale ourselves and that requires character. Find someone you can slay interior demons with.
  5. Transferable Track Record.

Been there, done that, and doing it again just a bit wiser each time. Be and align with someone that when sh*t hits the fan, they roll up their sleeves, resource solutions, and emerge wiser and stronger without shaming the journey.

When you findforge, and protect this type of Visionary/Integrator dynamic … Hold on because your business is about to start clicking!
