And our team is like the triage unit, skilled brain surgeon, nurturing nurse, and partner-in-crime to get us stabilized, organized, realigned, and charging hard again towards Christmas morning!

It’s rewarding to see the bright-eyed and bushy tailed leaders, teams, and customers thrilled to enjoy the big reveal and eager plan again for Christmas next year.

On the flip side, I’ve also observed so many ideas stay stuck and never get to experience the big reveal.

It’s like waking up Christmas morning to no glistening tree with presents stacked high.

Solving these problems for business owners and leaders continues to be my mission.
